On The Day Coordination
You are 6 weeks away…
You have put hours of work into planning your day, you’re almost there, but you are realising you want to enjoy the final run up to the big day and want to know that you can fully be present and relax on the day.
You don’t want to leave it to your bridal party and family to have to deal with all your suppliers on the day or ensure the set up is all done at the venue. You want them to enjoy the day and be with you, not your band.
That’s where on the day coordination comes in. We will step in 4 to 6 weeks before your wedding day and be there to run the main day on your behalf.
The Process and What Is Included?
Around 4 to 6 weeks before we will go through absolutely everything you have planned. All the details, suppliers, timeline etc.
As an experienced wedding planner, I will also guide you through any gaps or items that may be missing that we still have time to add. I will then liaise with all suppliers from that point and will be there on the day to deliver the logistics and beautiful wedding that you have planned.
Leaving you and your guests to concentrate on the main thing - you as a couple and having fun.
For On the Day Coordination, your investment starts from £1,800 inc VAT

Whilst all the weddings I work on have the same level of love and beauty, I don’t have one ‘type’ of wedding I focus on.
My weddings are as unique as my couples. My ‘type’ is listening and learning about my couples and delivering an unforgettable day for you and your guests.

I am based in West London but I work all over the United Kingdom. Whether it be a ballroom in London or a marquee in a private home in Berkshire I am here to assist. I also speak French so am particularly handy for weddings in France and Morocco!

The budgets we work with for weddings vary and depend on the size, location, duration, guest count and brief. Each of our events and clients are unique so during our first planning meeting we will discuss your ideas and allocate estimated costs to each supplier category to give us a budget to work to when gathering quotes and sourcing suppliers. Some of our clients have a budget that they wish not to exceed, some are more flexible and would like to see what spending a little more will get them and others are happy to pay what is costs to achieve the event brief we have designed, provided we are sensible with the costs. This is an important conversation to have at the start of the planning so we can support you and plan a celebration that works with your spending goals.

I planned my first wedding back in 2015 and started my business back in 2016 before rebranding to Isabel Gray Events in 2024. On top of having my own events business, I have worked in some of the top luxury wedding venues as well as BAFTA and 5* hotels. I have built a wealth and depth of knowledge, skills and industry relationships in order to bring you the most incredible day you could hope for.

I plan an exclusive number of weddings each year to ensure I give my couples the time they need and deserve. I typically plan 3 to 5 full wedding clients a year. The relationship I build with my couples is incredibly important to me and not something I compromise on.

It is cliché to say I love love but it brings me genuine joy to see my couples love each other.
I feel incredibly privileged to be a small part of my couples wedding day. Weddings are so full of importance, love and emotion and I adore seeing couples make that commitment to each other surrounded by their nearest and dearest. It is so incredibly special.
Guest experience is also incredibly important to me. I have experienced too many weddings that forget about their guests (!) and so I knew I wanted to be a part of making that change.
